Of the 83 units, 20 are market-rate and 63 are for homeless response. There will also be 16K SF of commercial over two floors.

The proposed development has two buildings. One is for SAFE Alliance and women fleeing harmful situations. The other is for Civilitude and male victims of abuse.

This affordable housing project is part of the Travis County Supportive Housing Collaborative., where Connor Kenny and his team are developing 480 units of permanent supportive housing for homelessness response.

This is an Affordability Unlocked project which gets the development team 60' and 52' height limits.

E 2nd Tower

Rainey Street District | 0.7874 Acres | 125 Units | 300 Hotel Rooms

Intracorp's downtown Austin tower gets a density bonus. Specifically, their FAR increases from 8:1 to 25:1. The project brings 125 for-sale multifamily units and a 300-room hotel in a 9-level tower.

The team will do a 300K planned relocation of the Leonard and Vida East House, which currently occupies the site.

Easton Park Phase 4

East McKinney | 23.376 Acres | 2 Lots

2 Mixed-residential lots were subdivided in Southern Austin. AJ Zorn of Brookfield properties was the applicant.

Easton Park is a 2,300 subdivided sfr community by Brookfield. This is phase 4, section 2C of the project.

This project falls outside of the Austin neighborhood area plans.
