This Windsor Park proposal for Multifamily (MF-5) struck a chord with commissioners at the Planning meeting in January. Victoria Hasse, of Thrower Design, pointed out that while MF-5 would allow them to achieve 40 units per acre, the 45’ height limit would limit their density to around 34 units.
